We are seeking an experienced and innovative Interior Designer to join our clients' team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of creativity and functionality. This is a fantastic opportunity in interior design for those looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and a tailored sales approach.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Engage clients in-person and over the phone to consult.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and presenting suitable options.

• Creative and Detail-Oriented : You have a keen eye for design and take pride in producing high-quality work.
• Excellent Communicator : Confident in presenting ideas clearly, whether in-person or virtually.
• Team Player : Flexible and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Organised and Resilient : Patient and level-headed, even when managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Skills and Experience :
• Strong understanding of commercial interior design and the design process.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with premium products, furniture, or design is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience with interior design companies is desirable.
• Excellent time management skills and techniques.
• Tech-savvy in a general sense.
• Exude confidence when presenting their work both internally and externally.
• Be industry savvy and up to date / ahead of the curve with the latest trends.
• Ideally bring fresh supply chain into the business.
Qualifications :
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality projects.
• Previous experience or internships in interior design are a plus.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
