Form Energy is hiring an System integration engineer to ensure proper ramp and stabilization of our battery communication systems..This role reports into our sustaining operations team. As part of our battery pack team, you will be involved in commissioning new production lines in partnership with our manufacturing and design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

Develop, integrate, and maintain automated PCB test systems to validate electrical and functional performance in manufacturing operations..
Ensure seamless data exchange between test equipment, industrial control systems, and networked automation platforms to support real-time monitoring and analysis of CANBUS networks.
Develop, implement, and troubleshoot electrical validation procedures, ensuring comprehensive testing of power distribution , insulation, signal integrity, communication interfaces , functional performance, and protection mechanisms to meet safety, reliability, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new electrical test systems, enhance validation processes, and improve overall system performance.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, network diagrams, and validation procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in electrical testing, automated validation, or control systems integration.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test systems (LabVIEW, Python, or similar).
Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols, CANBUS communication, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with PCB design, test system integration, data collection systems, and harnessing design in a manufacturing environment
