Job Overview

Synergy Solar Inc is hiring Installer - Apprentices who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and grow within the booming solar construction industry. This is a ground-level opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and interest in renewable energy. No extensive experience required-just your commitment to safety, teamwork, and developing the skills needed to succeed. As an apprentice, you'll assist with job site setup, racking assembly, and site organization, while receiving ongoing mentorship and training from experienced industry leaders.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
• Identify safety hazards on site and ensure all crewmembers follow safety guidelines.
• Gain a basic understanding of racking systems and solar construction components.
• Learn and safely operate common hand tools and site equipment.
• Assist with pre-assembly of racking components and material distribution.
• Support pile driver operations by assisting with standing posts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and material storage areas.
• Follow daily instructions and adhere to Synergy Solar's chain of command.

Qualifications
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Prior general construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to work safely and maintain focus in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and team-first attitude.

Work Schedule
