About the Role We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Installation Supervisor to join a major wind farm project in regional Queensland. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day installation of wind turbines on a large-scale renewable energy development. If you have a background in construction supervision, heavy lifting operations, or turbine installation, this is your opportunity to play a hands-on role in Australia’s renewable energy transition. Key Responsibilities Supervise the safe and efficient installation of wind turbine generators (WTGs) Coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractors, crane teams, logistics, and transport Ensure work is executed in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols Liaise with project engineers, HSE advisors, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth operations Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with OEM specifications and construction drawings Contribute to and promote a strong safety culture on-site About You Demonstrated experience as an Installation or Construction Supervisor in wind, energy, or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, rigging, and crane operations Excellent communication and team leadership skills White Card and current driver’s licence (mandatory) GWO certification or wind industry experience (highly desirable) Willingness to work in remote/regional QLD on a rostered schedule What’s On Offer Competitive day rates with travel and site allowances Accommodation and transport provided Work on one of Queensland’s most significant renewable energy projects Supportive project team with strong HSE focus Career development opportunities in the growing clean energy sector
