Installation Manager - Resin Bound Paving Installations

StoneSet Permeable Paving is seeking an Installation Manager for resin bound paving installations in Sydney, Australia. The role involves overseeing installation projects, managing installers, conducting client surveys, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have experience in construction, particularly in paving, along with strong leadership and administrative skills. The position is full-time and offers a salary between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, with some travel required across Australia.
Location: Smithfield, NSW (with some travel across Australia)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Installation Manager to oversee our installation program and manage projects completed by our network of installers from sales handover to final installation. This role requires a blend of site management, team leadership, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in construction, with a focus on paving and hard landscaping, along with a drive to learn and apply StoneSet’s proprietary resin bound paving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of StoneSet resin bound paving installations, including site management and project timelines.
• Work directly with clients to conduct pre-installation surveys and communicate key project details.
• Lead and support the network of installers, supporting both on-site work and office-based planning.
• Document and record all external communications and daily site records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with health and safety teams to ensure all operations adhere to high standards of safety.
• Support and promote team building and collaboration, fostering a strong, efficient team culture.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Proven experience in contract management, particularly on commercial and residential construction sites.
• Strong understanding of paving and hard landscaping practices.
• Solid administration skills and proficiency with CRM software for tracking project communications and records.
• Leadership ability to manage on-the-road and on-site teams, ensuring smooth project operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and a proactive approach to enforcing them.

Essential Qualifications:
• Full working rights in Australia with permanent residency.
• Valid White Card for construction site access.
• Full Australian driver’s license.
