The Installation Helper Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for an Installation Helper to join our team. The Helper’s primary responsibility is installing all electrical components of a photovoltaic system; including, but not limited to solar panels, racking, batteries, and inverters. Installations will occur on residential homes to meet all quality and performance standards set forth by the company, manufacturer, utility, and National Electrical Code. The position will provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers, employees, and business partners.
The Helper works as part of a team and follows the instructions of the Installation Electrician. The Helper must abide by all company safety regulations, be adaptable, a good communicator, and comfortable working on the roof. They need to be familiar with standard photovoltaic rules and guidelines, know how to follow site plans, and ensure a clean job site.
