Job Description:As an Inside Sales Representative you'll be responsible for presenting to and closing pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners via Zoom. All customers are pre-approved with no credit check lease and purchase options available. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to earn above average commissions.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to inbound leads and warm prospects through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, financing options, and how our solutions meet their needs.
• Drive sales by closing deals over the phone and through online communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and other sales team members to optimize lead conversion and overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in high volume tele-sales
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated by commission and driven to meet sales goals.
• Ability to explain complex products in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and goal-driven attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or energy industry certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
