Develop sustainable and efficient transportation plans and solutions for clients.
Utilize expertise in mobility and transportation planning to analyze and assess project needs.
Lead and manage transportation planning projects from conception to completion.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in sustainable transportation.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in transportation planning processes.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
Contribute to the company's thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's vision, values, and goals and align work accordingly.
