Infrastructure Project Support Professional

Green Infrastructure Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Project Support Professional in Timmins, ON. The role involves overseeing infrastructure projects, providing administrative and technical support to project managers, maintaining project records, and communicating with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 2 years of construction experience, preferably in MTO road projects, and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of infrastructure projects from start to finish. This includes providing administrative and technical expertise to project managers and teams.

Key Objectives
• To provide overall administrative and technical support to project managers and teams.
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project performance, including cost reports and schedules.
• To communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• To monitor project progress and identify potential problems or interferences.
• To develop and implement strategies to resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience, preferably on MTO road construction projects.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of road and bridge building.
• Results-driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and visualize continuous improvement opportunities.
