Akkodis is hiring an Information Technology Team Lead for an on-site position in Walton, KY, with a salary range of $85,000 to $90,000. The role involves supervising IT resources, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and developing strategies for data security and business continuity. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, significant IT management experience, and preferably PMP certification. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Akkodis is seeking an Information Systems Team Lead for one of our clients in Walton, Kentucky.

Rate Range: $85,000/year to $90,000/year; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

For this particular assignment, must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity on-site at our Walton facility and offers an excellent environment, benefits, and growth.

This position reports 5 days per week on-site.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervision and technical leadership of Information Systems and its related resources, hardware, software, infrastructure and maintenance, goals and objectives for the site.
• Oversight of all Information Technology Assets (computer network, servers, firewalls, phones, video conferencing, etc).
• By taking into account corporate IT strategy, establish local site strategy, goals, objectives and plan with the vision of improving and supporting the site.
• Establish and maintain Operational and Capital Budgets taking into account the needs of the site and global IT strategy.
• Establish and lead strategy and policies for electronic security of data, computer systems, hardware and software, card access and security system.
• Assure site is in compliance with all relevant software licensing requirements.
• Assure that all mission critical systems and data are considered and part of the business continuity plan to include but not limited to off-site backup storage and retrieval.
• Ensure realistic service level agreements are established and associated KPIs are defined to provide high quality and timely service to the business partners.
• Build positive employee relationships based on defined measurable goals, open communication, and participative leadership.
• Develop and maintain effective collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Set the example and pace for a dynamic, competitive organization and serve as leader, coach and mentor for reporting employees.
• Key participant in strategic planning as a member of the site leadership team. Success in this role will depend on consistent, proactive, and meaningful participation in all leadership meetings.
• Ensure convergence and commonality of information and business management systems within the organization.
• Perform hands-on technical activities to support the team during the high workload periods · Perform other related duties as required.

Experience/Education/Certification Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or an equivalent combination of higher education.
• 5 years of working experience managing information technology or similar technical areas with direct reports or 10 years of information technology experience with demonstrated abilities in leadership.
• Experience with Cisco switches, firewalls, fiber networks, SAN, back-up devices, physical / Virtual server environments, phone systems (PBX), access control systems and CCTV technologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification with 2 years of experience managing projects preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated environment. Familiarity with ITAR regulations and CMMC requirements is an asset
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) knowledge is an asset.
