Job Description

Rentokil is seeking an Indoor Plants Technician in Adelaide, SA. The role involves caring for and installing indoor plants, providing customer service, and ensuring high standards of maintenance. Candidates should have horticulture experience, excellent communication skills, and be physically fit. A valid Australian driver's license is required. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Indoor Plant Technician to join us. This role will see you working closely with the transportation and installation of plants in various premises.

The main duties of this role are:
• Care and maintenance of indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning
• Installing and uninstalling of plants on client premises
• Loading and unloading the delivery trucks
• Communication with the client contact onsite

You will have experience and skills including:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Horticulture certificate/experience (Desired)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work autonomously and driving long distances
• High attention to detail with drive to maintain high standards
• An ability to consistently work within both our Client's and Ambius' safety parameters

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete the pre-employment medical, police and reference checks.

At Ambius, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:
• Valid manual Australian driver’s license
• Prior experience in courier/removals delivery in the Adelaide area, advantageous
• Proven ability to work autonomously with strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to be productive, planning the most optimised route for the daily installations/workload
• Attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction as Ambius provides high quality living plants in decorative designer containers/pots
