Project Overview

Allen & York is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner to lead environmental impact assessments and regulatory processes for Provincial and Federal projects across various sectors, including mining, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead environmental impact assessments and regulatory processes
• Manage project tasks, proposals, and stakeholder consultations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development

Requirements

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in environmental program and project management are required. Strong project management and technical writing skills are essential, as well as experience working with Federal IA, Class EA, TPAP, Ontario Energy Board/Canada Energy Regulator processes.
