IC Factory Safety Health Environment Specialist

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for Unilever factories worldwide.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Provide training and education to factory employees on safety and environmental practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential safety and environmental risks in production processes.
Monitor and analyze data related to safety incidents and environmental impact, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety and environmental standards.
Serve as a point of contact for government agencies and external auditors on matters related to safety and environmental compliance.
Lead investigations into safety incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Develop emergency response plans and lead emergency drills to ensure readiness in case of a crisis.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure they adhere to Unilever's safety and environmental standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve safety and environmental programs and initiatives to drive a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
Communicate regularly with factory leadership to provide updates on safety and environmental performance and recommend areas for improvement.
Act as a champion for safety and environmental initiatives, promoting awareness and engagement among employees at all levels.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and environmental activities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of safety and environmental practices throughout the organization.
