Job Description

The University of Alabama is hiring a Hydrologic Researcher for the Alabama Water Institute in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role involves collaborating with NOAA, developing hydrologic models, and conducting research on large-scale hydrology. The University of Alabama seeks a Hydrologic Researcher to join its team at the Alabama Water Institute. As a key member of our research group, you will work on various projects related to hydrologic modeling and water prediction.

Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with researchers at the NOAA National Water Center
• Developing and applying hydrologic models
• Conducting research studies on large-scale hydrologic models

We are looking for candidates with a Ph.D. in applied hydrology, civil engineering, computer science, or a closely related field, as well as demonstrated experience in postdoctoral research.
