Redaptive Sustainability Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Denver, CO. The role involves supporting recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, and HR policy updates. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. The position allows for a hybrid work setup, requiring a functional home workstation. Applicants should be college seniors in business or HR, with previous HR internship experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide recruiting support:Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with job descriptions, requisitions, postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens.
• Employee lifecycle support:Assist the Employee Relations Lead with the full employee lifecycle process, including participating in new hire orientation, and performing miscellaneous office tasks.
• Project: Policy updates:Assist in the update of human resources policies.
• Project: Workday: Project manage the completion of Workday system improvements as it relates to the recruiting and onboarding areas of the system.
• Project: Leadership Development program coordination: Assist with coordination, attendee management and organizing materials for sessions and post-training follow ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills:
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality related to talent and recruitment information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to energize a fast-paced, goal-driven organization.
• Ability to work in changing environments and navigate complexity.
• Confidence to voice opinions and ideas and willingness to deliver direct feedback/coaching to leadership.
• Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
Education and Experience:
• College senior seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human resources preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous HR-related internships are a plus.
• Solid command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
The Perks:
• Expected hourly salary: $20/hour
• Free Parking or RTD pass
• Full-time intern position in our Denver headquarters office downtown (40 hours a week).
• Hybrid model: in office - Tuesday through Thursday; WFH - Fridays and Mondays.
