Creating Sustainable Communities LLC is seeking an HR/Client Acquisition Generalist to recruit Certified Sustainable Agents and support HR functions. The role involves managing recruitment campaigns, optimizing outreach, and enhancing onboarding experiences. Candidates must be high school juniors/seniors or undergraduates. The position offers $18–$20 per hour for 3–5 hours per week, with a hybrid model preferred but remote work possible for applicants in CT/Greater Hartford.

Join Creating Sustainable Communities LLC (CSC) as an HR/Client Acquisition Generalist and drive growth by recruiting Certified Sustainable Agents (CSA) while supporting the HR needs and development of staff and contractors. This impactful role bridges client acquisition and internal organizational support, helping scale outreach and nurture talent in a people-first, sustainability-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Launch and manage realtor recruitment campaigns with the operations/marketing team.
• Identify, engage, and recruit prospective real estate professionals for CSA certification.
• Track leads, measure outreach analytics, and optimize conversion using CRM systems.
• Represent CSC at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Design and improve onboarding experiences for recruits.
• Analyze conversion metrics, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate recruitment with program delivery.
• Be the main point of contact for prospective CSAs, providing professional support throughout their enrollment journey.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of contacts through partnerships and networking.
• Guide candidates via informational interviews and tailored messaging.
• Strengthen referral networks via existing CSAs, partners, and brokerages.
• Manage hiring for staff, contractors, and interns (postings, screening, onboarding).
• Maintain records and ensure all HR processes comply with employment law.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and performance reviews.
• Lead efforts for employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
• Support workplace policy, role clarity, and succession planning.
• Develop and deliver training for CSAs and staff.
• Host workshops, trainings, and office hours.
• Build feedback channels for onboarding and user experience improvement.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized HR support and training.
• Oversee tracking systems for client leads, HR workflows, and data integrity.
• Report on KPIs for recruitment, retention, and org capacity.
• Standardize knowledge management documentation.
• Work with finance to align HR and growth initiatives with budget and forecasts.

Qualifications:
• Must be older than 16 years old
• High School Juniors/Seniors and Undergraduate Students(Freshman/Sophomore preferred) are ONLY eligible to apply
• Interest in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Client Acquisition, and Data Analysis
• Can communicate well with others
