About Our Client

Our client is a Singapore-based green manufacturing player who is scaling rapidly across the region. They are currently recruiting for a HR Director to spearhead the greenfield HR journey in designing regional people frameworks, leadership structures, and culture to support the organisation's rapid expansion. You will report directly to the CEO and plays a key role as part of the leadership team.

Job Description
• Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with the company's core values, vision & mission, and corporate and business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition and recruitment, and succession planning across all markets.
• Design and oversee regional compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support office setup, relocation, and organisational readiness for new or transitioning locations.
• Act as a change leader during periods of growth, transition, or restructuring.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership or regional capacity, preferably across APAC and Middle East.
• Experience supporting business setup, office establishment, or market entry is a plus.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Regional mindset with cultural sensitivity
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
