Climate First Bank is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee onboarding/offboarding. The HR Assistant at Climate First Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team by managing administrative tasks, assisting in the recruitment process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees. Responsibilities
• Assist the talent acquisition process with job post monitoring and maintenance, LinkedIn messages monitoring and applicant tracking.

• Support the semi-monthly payroll process with document preparation and communication with internal partners.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting and staff meeting materials.
,
• Assist with applicant tracking and file management.
,
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
,
• Occasional travel to one of the Bank's physical locations.
,
• Liaison with internal and external partners.
Requirements
• College education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.

• Experience in an administrative or support role required.

• Ability to adopt and apply a true servant mindset and genuine desire to consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.

• Organized self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn new technology quickly.
