Who You Are:
• 7+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or home services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia labor laws, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with HR software and payroll systems (experience with Paylocity, QuickBooks, and ServiceTitan is preferred).
• SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring, training, and onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and Georgia labor laws, handle employee concerns, and provide guidance on workplace policies.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation, payroll, PTO tracking, and benefits enrollment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance reviews, training programs, and career development opportunities.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, resolving disputes and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and team-building efforts.

Compensation:
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
