Horticulture Management Expert

Palladium: Make It Possible is seeking a Horticulture Management Expert in New Delhi, India. The role requires an advanced degree in horticulture and at least 10 years of experience in agriculture and horticulture, with a focus on plant variety development. Responsibilities include providing technical advice, supporting compliance mechanisms, and collaborating on research training. This is a full-time position.
• The consultant should have an advanced degree (at least MSc and preference to PhD) in horticulture and have at least 10 years of work experience related to agriculture, horticulture sectors, and at least 3 years of experience in plant variety development/ horticulture production advisories and experience with International Organization.
• The expert will in collaboration with Institutional Development Expert (Horticulture) for research training, provide technical advice for drafting of notifications to the Seed Act and Nursery Registration Act, support compliance mechanism development, and importantly, develop measures to avoid reinfection rates.
