Job Overview
Homestead Comfort. is seeking a results-driven Home Energy Solutions (HES) Manager to lead and grow our HES department. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in utility energy programs who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about energy efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with utility programs, and driving department profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage HES staff, fostering a strong team culture.
• Oversee scheduling, job execution, and quality control to maintain efficiency.
• Identify revenue opportunities through billable services and drive department profitability.
• Stay up to date with utility programs, regulations, and industry trends to optimize offerings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Hold field staff accountable for top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing, and reporting for customers and utility programs.
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials are available for job execution.
Qualifications
• Experience in Home Energy Solutions, HVAC, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent administrative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and industry software.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pass a background check.
