Endless Energy is a premiere home services company located in Marlborough, MA. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Energy Auditor Field Manager to join our team. As a Home Energy Auditor Field Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of energy auditors and ensuring that all audits are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all audits are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of energy auditors and ensure that all audits are conducted efficiently and effectively
- Create and manage Key Performance Indicator Reports for your team to improve performance metrics.
- Ensure that all audits are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to energy auditors
- Develop and implement audit procedures and protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on all audits
- Maintain accurate records of all audits and audit results
- Prepare reports and presentations on audit findings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Strongly Recommended Experience:
• You already hold a BPI Certification (Strongly Preferred)
• You have an understanding and working knowledge of the Mass Save® weatherization program guidelines
• You have a background in weatherization and/or insulation installation
• You have a proven track record in sales (5+ years) and/or a strong background in communications
• Must live in the state of Massachusetts and be able to reliably commute to our corporate office in Marlborough, MA for trainings, department meetings, etc. (the rest of the work is done in the field and with remote WFH capabilities outside of appointments).

Other qualities we are looking for:
• You have proficiency in using Service Titan CRM
• You have a strong ability to build rapport with people and have comfort in solution based sales methodology
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test; have a valid driver's license in good standing and a reliable vehicle (required).
• At minimum, a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Have internet access and a quiet space when working from home.
• Have the ability to work independently and are self driven to complete tasks on time
• Ability to crawl in small spaces to assure accurate measurements of the home, to work in varying conditions with exposure to any or all of the following: Heat, Cold, Heights, Dust, Dirt, Indoor, Outdoors & Confined Areas and to obtain & maintain required certifications or successfully complete training essential to perform job functions.

• Base + Commission $70-110k+ annually

Salary Description

$70,000 - $110,000 annually
