Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team, contributing to the success of our organization by delivering exceptional service and quality repairs to our customers. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing appliances and equipment in customers' homes, while developing new business opportunities and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install home appliances/equipment
• Diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment information from customers for work performed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure efficient use of materials
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying additional work that can be sold to customers

Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
• Flexible and variable hours (no weekends)
