Overview: William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Clean Energy & Infrastructure High Voltage Group. In this role, you will take charge of managing substation and transmission line electrical construction projects within the renewable energy sector, including wind and solar. Your leadership will ensure these projects are completed on schedule and within budget, from pre-construction to completion.

This position requires considerable travel, up to 75% (approximately 3 weeks or 15 days per month), which may involve driving, flying, and using public transportation. As a Project Manager, you must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable lodging in various public facilities throughout the travel rotation. You can be based in any city across the United States, with work sites primarily located in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois, but you may be assigned to projects nationwide. We provide designated per diem in addition to your base salary to help cover living expenses during travel, and you'll have access to a company vehicle and fuel card.
