Afra Engineers is hiring a Solar Helper to assist in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems. Responsibilities include supporting technicians with equipment, tools, and safety procedures. No formal education is required, but candidates should be physically fit and willing to learn. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Kalamassery, India, with a salary range of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

Job Description:

The Solar Helper will assist in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems by supporting technicians in handling equipment, tools, and materials.

Responsibilities:
• Assist technicians in lifting and mounting solar panels.
• Handle tools and electrical components on-site.
• Support wiring and fabrication work.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the worksite.
• Learn and develop basic technical skills in solar installation.

Requirements:

✅ No formal education required; previous experience is a plus.
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
✅ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
✅ Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
