About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with operations and maintenance of water source heat pumps, HVAC systems, and other related equipment/systems as directed. They will take equipment readings critical for operations, efficient performance, maintenance history, billing, etc., compile logs, prepare reports, and enter data/information into computers as necessary. Additionally, they will perform inspections and preventive maintenance on various equipment as directed, ensuring compliance with company, industry, trade, and safety standards, practices, codes.
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent required; minimum 2 years' professional experience preferred.
• Ability to review confidential US security information.
• Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experienced with installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair of HVAC components or systems.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and transport equipment & tools in excess of 300 lbs.
• Strong verbal, written, computer communication and organization skills.
