Description We are a dynamic and fast growing company specialising in the marketing, selling, installation and maintenance of renewable energy products, more specifically water heat pump and solar water heating systems and photovoltaic (PV) solar systems for the domestic, industrial, agricultural and hospitality market sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Heat Pump Service Technician to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and servicing domestic, industrial, and pool heat pump systems, as well as solar water heating systems. The successful candidate should be well-spoken, have excellent client-facing skills, and be dedicated to upholding our company's commitment to exceptional service.

Experience Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry, with a focus on heat pump systems.

Strong knowledge of heat pump technology, solar water heating systems, and related equipment.

HVAC certification is a plus. Responsibilities Technical Expertise Demonstrate expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heat pump systems, including domestic, industrial, and pool heat pumps, as well as solar water heating systems. Team Leadership Lead and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring that they provide high-quality service to customers and handle service calls efficiently. Client Interaction Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, explaining service procedures, and providing accurate quotes.

Troubleshooting Diagnose technical issues with heat pump systems, identify the root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems promptly. Service Calls Handle 4 - 6 service calls per day, which may include routine maintenance, repairs, and technical troubleshooting. Documentation Complete detailed service reports, including all work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance. Safety Ensure all service activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues effectively.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
