HSE Engineer Role Description

Job Description:
A HSE Engineer will be responsible for adhering to and implementing AtkinsRéalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for the site team. They will also monitor compliance of all staff with applicable safety standards and company's procedures. The engineer will conduct regular safety training for the team, perform daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff, and issue Safety Enforcement Notices as per applicable procedure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum HSE qualification with NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, lead auditor course (ISO45001 and ISO14001), and professional membership from IIRSM/IOSH. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential. Experience in site supervision consultant and Middle East experience are mandatory.
