Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Health, Safety, & Environmental Specialist in Fairmont, WV, to manage HSE programs and ensure compliance in operations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The role involves site inspections, incident investigations, and client interactions, with a focus on maintaining safety standards. It requires significant travel (95%+) and is primarily a field position, with overnight travel as needed.

Position Summary
Job Title: Health, Safety, & Environmental Specialist

Location:
• Clarksburg, WV, Bridgeport, WV, New Martinsville, WV or Weston, WV

Reports To: HSE Manager

Job Overview:
This position reports to the HSE Manager with reporting duties to assigned Regional Managing Directors. The HSE Specialist will serve Keystone’s operations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

This position will assist the HSE Manager with the management of all aspects of the company's HSE program, which will include, but not limited to:
• Conduct site inspections to audit compliance with requisite HSE procedures and generate reports and recommendations based on findings.
• Manage client requirements and attend client meetings as necessary.
• Assist in the completion of incident investigations and the preparation of Incident Reports and Root Cause Analysis Reports (as needed). Track and evaluate incident data and assist in the development of corrective actions and oversee their implementation.
• Assist in all HSE aspects of Company operations, with the goal of maintaining regulatory compliance and the Goal Zero commitment to injuries and environmental impact.
• Conduct competency evaluations to advance employees and ensure safety/operational knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

In addition to the above, it should be noted that the HSE Specialist will be asked to remain available and on-call at times to respond to or deploy to site locations and/or emergency situations, or respond to incidents or accidents, as appropriate to assist senior management. This position requires dayme travel (95%+) and will be primarily a field position. Overnight travel will be required at times depending on the proximity of the candidates home location compared to the field operation.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Safety Sciences, or related discipline; or minimum of 5 years equivalent safety experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Completed internship or co-op in the oil & gas industry (preferred).
