Health and Environmental Manager

beBeeSafety is seeking a Health and Environmental Manager in Kaneohe, HI, responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental systems. Key tasks include designing health and safety programs, conducting training, managing incident reporting, and performing risk assessments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in health and safety systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $100K–$120K a year.
Job Title: Health and Environmental Manager

This role involves overseeing the health, safety, and environmental systems across all operations.
• Health and Safety Program Design & Implementation:
• Develop a unified management system that integrates health, safety, and environmental protocols tailored to the ranch's varied operations.
• Lead the design and rollout of new health and safety processes, procedures, and best practices that ensure operational alignment and risk reduction.
• Partner with department managers to embed health and safety into project planning, execution, and continuous operations.
• Training, Competency & Culture:
• Design and deliver health and safety orientation for all employees.
• Develop computer-based training modules, micro-learning refreshers, in-field coaching, and job-specific briefings.
• Drive reinforcement of training through behavioral observation, feedback, auditing, and coaching programs.
• Incident Management & Reporting:
• Oversee incident reporting systems.
• Implement standardized workflows for documentation, review, and closure of actions across departments.
• Risk Assessment & Compliance:
• Conduct regular inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental audits across diverse ranch environments.
• Review, revise, and maintain health and safety policies, SOPs, and procedures to reflect operations and regulatory obligations.
• Continuous Improvement & Engagement:
• Foster a proactive health and safety culture where all employees feel ownership for health and safety.

We seek a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in multi-operational environments. Proven track record in building and implementing health and safety systems is essential.
