A leading global multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Head of Sustainability to grow their UK team and deliver innovative, low–energy building solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead technical delivery, develop strategic sustainability services, and collaborate with international industry leaders.

About the Role
As the Head of Sustainability, you will:
Lead the Sustainability Team to deliver sustainability assessment and design consultancy services.
Manage and deliver projects in Building Physics, Carbon Reduction, Sustainable Building Design, and engineering.
Provide technical expertise in NABERS, BREEAM, LEED, TM65, and Part O/Part L and embodied carbon assessments.
Develop and implement carbon reduction strategies and provide guidance on sustainable design.
Manage business development, client relationships, and bid support to grow the sustainability function.
Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them advance their careers.

About You
Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Building Services, or related field.
Extensive experience in green building assessment and sustainability consultancy services.
Expertise in ASHRAE 90.1 or 90.2, building physics (thermal bridging, air movement, wind, solar), and carbon reduction strategies.
Proven experience in business development and growing sustainability services.
Familiarity with Middle Eastern project experience is desirable.
