Head of Community and Partnerships – Sustainable Hospitality

Our clients are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead engagement across a global network of sustainable hotels, partners, and travel collaborators. You’ll drive community strategy, strengthen relationships, and share member success stories to grow a purpose-driven network that champions responsible travel.

Responsibilities

Lead communication and engagement with member hotels and partnersDevelop and deliver a global community engagement strategyOrganise events, webinars, and the annual Leadership SummitCollaborate with marketing and PR to highlight impact storiesManage community content, newsletters, and intranet resourcesTrack engagement metrics and identify opportunities for growthRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sustainability, or related field3–5 years’ experience in community or partnership managementStrong communication, relationship, and project management skillsPassion for sustainable travel; additional language skills a plusDetails
