Job Description
NAB is seeking a Head of Governance Program Execution in Sydney or Melbourne to lead transformation initiatives in Technology and Enterprise Operations. The role involves shaping and driving remediation programs, providing strategic advice to senior executives, and enhancing risk management culture. Candidates should have extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and governance, particularly in banking or consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Shaping, accelerating and driving remediation and transformation initiatives/programs of work to reduce risk for Technology and Enterprise Operations
• Enabling strategic outcomes to be maximised through the provision of advice, insights and recommendations
• Provide detailed insights, updates on progress and sustainable outcomes to Senior Executives
• Participate in cross divisional strategic initiatives to improve resilience and risk management culture and engagement
What you’ll bring:
• Extensive Strategy and Transformation experience, preferably garnered from both Banking and Professional Services Consultancy firms
• Proven experience and background in delivering and enabling strategic initiatives that drive business performance or reduce risks
• Ability to engage and influence at Executive level to deliver consistent results in a large complex business
• Governance and Delivery experience across complex programs of work spanning multiple business units
