The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Head of Capital Markets to work in a leading IPP-Investment Fund in Madrid.

Our customer is a leading renewable energy company with international operations and an ambitious growth strategy.

Responsibilities : Lead the company’s financing and refinancing strategy, structuring complex debt instruments and managing a multi-jurisdictional debt portfolio. Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with funds, banks, and legal advisors to drive sustainable growth. Lead and execute financing and refinancing transactions (senior and junior debt). Structure financial instruments and negotiate with multilateral banks, investment funds, and financial institutions. Manage debt portfolios across multiple SPVs and jurisdictions. Oversee covenant compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory alignment. Support M&A processes : divestment of non-performing assets and acquisitions in Italy.

Qualifications : Plus 8 years of experience in structured finance (corporate / project finance). Proven track record in the renewable energy sector. Experience with international transactions (Iberia and Italy highly valued). Strategic mindset and leadership capabilities. Fluent in English and Spanish.
