Job DescriptionOur Marketing department cultivates global awareness and sustainability understanding through expert communication, inspiring all companies to start or accelerate their journey towards continuous improvement in sustainable business practices.To fuel our global expansion, we are seeking an experienced and energetic marketer to serve as the Director, Regional Marketing for the Americas region. The role will be responsible for driving regional numbers in the Americas through an integrated regional marketing plan leveraging local and central resources. Build and implement regional marketing strategy for the Americas with a strong focus on the USA leveraging all marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growthAlign and collaborate with our GTM/Sales leaders and central marketing teams to develop regional priorities and multi-channel marketing programmes in line with our pipeline revenue needsMonitor and report on performance of regional marketing programs with sales. Adjust plan and recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growthBe an expert on the regional market, customer and external environment including regulation, competition and trends to adapt regional marketing strategies and identify new opportunitiesLead, manage and mentor a small team of Regional Marketing Associates to ensure successful delivery of regional marketing plans, programmes and eventsManage regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and return on investmentBe the voice of the customer and region to provide guidance of product roadmap, messaging and positioning with solutions marketingDevelop excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including regional Sales leadership, partners, and customersMaintain relationships with external customers, partners, agencies, and contractors to deliver a full brand experienceAs a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.QualificationsBachelor or Masters degree in marketing. MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing in B2B SaaS, SMB or marketplace solutions. Have a discipline of data-driven marketing, monitoring KPIs and measuring ROI.Growth mindset and a team player with the motivation to help others solve problems. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot), social media platforms, and mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft/ Google Office).Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Additional language is a bonus.
