We are seeking an energetic and experienced, hardworking, long term, dependable hardscape technician to learn and train with our current hardscape team.

Job Duties: Responsible for working alongside a hardscape crew. The Hardscape Technician will aid in crew productivity and efficiency, thorough planning, coordinating and installing projects. Communicate with foreman, designers, and owners with applicable information of crew activity and site condition reports. Reading plans, measuring from plans, laying out material, installing material with the highest amount of quality.

Qualifications: Experience, enthusiasm, valid DL, clean records, general construction, equipment operations and hardscape experience a must. Must have 3 years’ experience in hardscape construction. Must be able to drive a truck and trailer, and have ability to operate machinery such as dingo, bobcat, tillers, bed edgers, skid loaders, excavators, etc. In depth horticulture knowledge and Spanish a plus. ICPI, NCMA certified installer preferred. Candidate will have core values of integrity, honesty and enjoys having fun in a team environment with a growing family-owned business.
