Role Overview
The Group Sustainability Data Systems Manager will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of data systems & software which support sustainability reporting and analysis for both internal and regulatory reporting.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
• Project managing the implementation phase of a new Group-wide Sustainability software and ensuring the smooth transition from the current to the new provider, while ensuring the change is appropriately communicated across the Group
• Ensuring systems are efficient, up-to-date and align with Group Data Strategy
• Contract and supplier relationship management of the Group Sustainability software
• Ensuring the timely and accurate provision of data for the 3 rd party audit of relevant non-financial disclosures
• Maintaining sustainability data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, analysing data to identify trends and insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
• System implementation and maintenance
• Project management, including project experience implementing Software as a Service solutions across a large international organisation
• Developing and/or deploying data collection systems and visualisation dashboards
• Working with Sustainability (ESG) reporting/auditing
• A familiarity with international regulatory report standards and frameworks, such as TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SASB. CDP, and SBTi
• People management and supplier relationship/contract management
To be successful in this role you will…
• Demonstrate Company Core Values at all times
• Be a fluent English speaker and writer
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, PowerBI and PowerApps
• Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities and able to build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation and implementation
• Be confident with data analysis and meeting regulatory reporting requirements
• Be able to work strategically and possess high attention to detail
