As Grid Connection Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing and managing grid connections for a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Italy, Germany, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end grid connection process for utility scale solar projects (HV/MV)
• Liaise with grid operators (TSOs/DSOs) to negotiate and secure connections
• Assess grid capacity, connection feasibility, and potential technical constraints for new and existing sites
• Manage grid studies, including load flow, fault level, and stability analyses
• Support construction and commissioning teams
• Monitor and report on connection milestones, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules

About You
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in grid connection management, power systems engineering, or renewable energy project development
• Strong understanding of grid codes, connection agreements, and regulatory processes.
• Skilled in interpreting single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow studies
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills — comfortable interfacing with utilities, regulators, and project partners
• Self-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented with a passion for clean energy innovation
