Job Summary: Mainaam Garden Nursery, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring the healthy growth and maintenance of our diverse plant collection, including Cymbidium orchids, roses, and other garden plants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plant Care: Assist in the sowing, planting, potting, trimming, and pruning of plants, ensuring they receive adequate water, nutrients, and sunlight
• Maintenance: Maintain plant beds and nursery areas by mixing compost or other planting mediums, and identifying and managing weeds, pests, and diseases
• Environmental Management: Assist with breeding (seed creation), cloning, transplanting, and pest management
• Inventory Management: Keep track of plant inventory, ensuring all plants are labeled and displayed correctly

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a nursery or garden center preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and manage plant health issues.
• Horticulture Graduates Preferred
