Green Infrastructure Specialist Leader

Idverde is seeking a Green Infrastructure Specialist Leader in Bath, UK. The role involves leading the forestry team, managing work planning and performance, providing coaching and support, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates should have strong arboriculture knowledge and excellent leadership skills. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:

The Arborist Team Leader will be responsible for:
• Leading the forestry team: Managing the planning and performance of works through area-based teams, ensuring that all contract specifications are met.
• Providing guidance and support: Coaching and training team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Ensuring quality: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure that all works meet the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of arboriculture practices and principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
