Bristol Bay Construction Holdings seeks a Green Infrastructure Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to lead their Compliance and Remediation Practice. We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental Program Manager to lead our Compliance and Remediation Practice. This role will require strong leadership and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of environmental regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational & Project Oversight: Manage a project portfolio currently exceeding $4M in annual revenue with project sizes up to $500,000.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a business plan to expand environmental services to state/local/educational government and commercial clients within the Southeast region.
• Client and Business Development: Expand existing client relationships and identify new opportunities in target markets (e.g., energy, transportation, private sectors).
• Team Development & Mentorship: Guide and mentor technical staff to foster professional growth and collaboration.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, geology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., PE, PG, PMP) required (Florida licensure or eligibility within 6 months).
• 10+ years of experience in environmental compliance, remediation, and project/program management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, with the proven ability to empower and motivate teams for success.
• Experience with FDEP PRP and regulatory agencies highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of NPDES, RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, and state-specific environmental requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills to manage teams and influence positive outcomes.
