Key Accountabilities
• Direct staff and consultants in preparing environmental documents and reports
• Evaluate environmental impact and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Secure necessary permits and approvals for projects
• Develop and execute plans to mitigate environmental impacts
• Analyze and review land development applications and supporting documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders on joint development activities
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or a related field
• Five years of progressive experience in environmental management, with a focus on compliance and permitting
• Proven leadership experience and ability to drive project success
