Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with Openlands arborists and apprentices to develop and implement tree stewardship projects
• Engage with local communities through outreach and educational programs
• Assist with tree transportation, tool maintenance, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in environmental science or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in physically demanding environments
