Job Description
We are looking for a Green Impact Transformation Specialist to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our company's sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and driving initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
Your Role
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into product design, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret complex environmental impact data to inform decision-making.
- Represent the company in industry standards committees to influence and stay updated on environmental impact and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the execution of LCA, carbon footprint analysis, and EPD development, ensuring methodologies align with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental impact assessment, sustainability, or regulatory affairs within the transformers, electrical equipment, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
