About the Position:

This exciting opportunity involves leading and managing on-site activities related to renewable energy projects, emphasizing timely completion, budget adherence, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating installation, commissioning, and maintenance, as well as ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage on-site operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Implement and enforce robust health and safety protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients to track project performance and address any concerns.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee adherence to industry standards and client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:
• Proven experience in site management or project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, including certifications like SMSTS and CSCS.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are highly valued.
