Job Title: Green Energy Investment Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Green Energy Investment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Originate, structure, and execute project finance transactions for renewable energy projects in the U.S.
• Manage internal team members, external advisors, and transaction counsel to negotiate transaction documentation and evaluate transaction risks.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential investors, lenders, and other financial partners in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy or infrastructure sector, preferably at a developer, operating company, private equity, management consulting, or banking firm.
• Strong understanding of tax-equity structures and partnership tax principles, debt facilities, and equity sale transactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the creation and delivery of crisp management and investor presentations.
