About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Manager to join our team. This is an exempt onsite opportunity based in Century City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulated and deregulated energy procurement processes, utility rate analysis, and utility contracts. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functionally and effectively delegate tasks to drive team performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing company-wide utility decarbonization efforts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainability objectives. They will also oversee third-party sustainability contracts, reconcile Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs), and advance current certifications in BREEAM and LEED. Additionally, they will continuously research and evaluate innovative sustainability solutions, aligning them with the decarbonization roadmap to drive meaningful environmental and economic benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including biodiversity programs, food reuse efforts, waste reduction strategies, clean energy, water, and waste curtailment initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to future development planning by identifying and integrating sustainable initiatives into asset valuation and long-term business strategy.
