Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and scheduleRead and understand plans/specificationsrecommend good subcontractors and suppliers you have worked with Track budgets, change orders, and progressHandle permitting and inspections with LADBS and local agenciesMaintain project timelines and jobsite organizationAssist with estimating and project planning when neededVisit jobsites daily and help keep production movingQualifications

Construction management experience requiredStrong field knowledge and problem-solving abilityExperience with scheduling and subcontractor coordinationFamiliarity with Los Angeles construction and permitting is mandatoryValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCompensation
