Southern Energy Management LLC is seeking a qualified Energy Efficiency Field Inspector to join our team as a Multifamily Energy Efficiency Technician.

This is a full-time hourly position offering a competitive salary range of $19-$23 per hour based on qualifications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, performance testing, data collection, and verifying compliance with green building program requirements.

You will work closely with general contractors and subcontractors to provide technical assistance and ensure that projects meet specification and certification standards.

Key responsibilities include:
• Inspecting buildings for compliance with energy-efficient construction and program details
• Field testing new buildings for energy efficiency performance factors
• Performing accurate and expedient data entry of field-collected data
