The Hatch Graduate Program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition, bridging the gap between your education and career.

As part of the Climate Change Team, you will work in a professional, team-based, multi-disciplinary engineering environment and develop problem solving skills pertaining to greenhouse gas abatement and physical adaptation and resilience. You will be given the opportunity to participate in project-based work including compilation of GHG inventories, evaluation of low emission processes and technologies , decarbonisation strategy development and climate risk assessments.

You bring to the role:

You will bring a bachelor/master’s degree in Chemical engineering with a strong academic record.
